White House communications adviser Jason Miller confirmed that he was responsible for arranging the private jet used in Senator Flávio Bolsonaro's escape to the United States, after his defeat in Brazil's presidential election, according to Brasil 247.

In a report cited by CNN Brasil, The New York Times recorded that the jet was arranged by a White House communications staffer.
