The International Energy Agency (IEA) confirmed on Thursday the release of about 330 million barrels of emergency oil reserves, according to Middle East Eye.
The release is part of a March agreement under which member countries agreed to release 400 million barrels to address the disruption to supplies amid the US-Israeli war on Iran.
