Russia's Defense Ministry said on Tuesday that its forces struck facilities of Ukraine's energy complex in the Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv regions that supply military enterprises.

The ministry said the strikes also hit port infrastructure in the Odesa region and naval vessels used for military purposes.
