Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said he feels betrayed by Donald Trump over a throttling of Starlink access and accused the US president of picking the other side, risking a breakdown in US-Ukraine relations.

Ukraine’s military reported that the system, produced by Elon Musk’s SpaceX but managed by the US government, was no longer working on terminals moving at speeds greater than 100 mph, which crippled most Ukrainian strike drones behind the lines and affected the defense against Russian drones over Kyiv, according to The Guardian. Zelensky also told the BBC that Ukraine will resume attacks on Russian refineries and that the pause came from political will and not from a technical problem.
