A ceasefire tied to a humanitarian operation in Alyoshki is set to take effect in the Kherson direction from 4:00 a.m. Moscow time (1:00 a.m. GMT) on October 27, according to the TASS news agency.

Russian Chief of the General Staff Valery Gerasimov announced on October 23 that Russian forces would cease fire in the Kherson direction from 4:00 a.m. on October 27 to allow for the operation in Alyoshki, in the Kherson Region.
