Polish President Karol Nawrocki entered the building of the Constitutional Tribunal early on Saturday, accompanied by Zbigniew Kapinski, according to Nawrocki’s chief of staff, Pawel Szefernaker.

Police said they had arrested three people who tried to enter the court complex.
