Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez said US voters voted against hatred, sexism, climate change denial and the privileges of the elites.

“It happened in Brazil. It has just happened in the US. And it will happen soon in Spain,” he wrote, referring to the November 29 elections in the country. Sánchez also said the far-right wave represented by Feijóo and Abascal is “crumbling”. The statement was posted on X and carried by international outlets, among them Asharq Al-Awsat.
