Ukraine hit a refinery in the Ryazan region, about 300 kilometers (180 miles) southeast of Moscow, with a drone and started a fire, according to Russia’s Defense Ministry and Governor Pavel Malkov, as reported by The Hindu.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy told the Financial Times his patience had run out and that Ukrainian attacks on Russian refineries would resume, and told Piers Morgan he felt betrayed by Trump’s deal with Putin, the energy ceasefire announcement and the Starlink limits that restricted Ukrainian drone use. Ukraine has run out of missiles for the US-made Patriot air defense system, according to a source cited by CNN in a report by the Jerusalem Post.
