Grocery stores in at least nine European countries suffered refrigeration failures on Monday in a suspected cyberattack, and the EU warned of a deliberate attempt to disrupt the bloc’s food supply chain, according to AFP.
Security researchers said the cause was internet-connected refrigerators made by Danish company Danfoss, which was no longer providing security updates.
