The identity of the three gunmen who opened fire at a church in Jordan's Karak governorate on Friday, killing eight people and injuring dozens according to the Jordanian Ministry of Health, has not been confirmed, and government statements refer to them as “unknown assailants”.

Security forces are still searching for them.
