Bulgaria’s acting president Iliana Iotova won Sunday’s presidential runoff, exit polls showed, with 50.7 percent to 52.5 percent of the vote against 43.4 percent to 44 percent for Andrey Gyurov, according to three different polls, the SCMP reported.

Iotova favors dialogue with Moscow and opposes military aid to Ukraine.
