European natural gas prices eased to €97 per megawatt-hour on Thursday after reaching €100 in the previous session, the highest level since December 2022, Trading Economics reported.

Futures for the coming winter months on the Dutch Title Transfer Facility (TTF), Europe’s gas benchmark, trade at about €95 per megawatt-hour, nearly three times last winter’s average of about €36, Euronews reported.
