Lawmaker Manouchehr Mottaki said Iran's parliament will unanimously vote to reconsider the country's continued membership in the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) if asked, and that the decision rests with the Commander-in-Chief, the Leader.

Mottaki, a former foreign minister, spoke to national TV on Sunday night.
