Japanese parcel delivery company Sagawa Express said up to 53.23 million records containing personal information may have leaked after unauthorized access to its parcel tracking system, according to Xinhua.

Potentially compromised data includes names, addresses and telephone numbers of parcel senders and recipients, as well as email addresses registered with its Smart Club membership service, covering shipments from June 21 through Sept. 30. The company said no credit card information or tracking passwords were exposed, and that the figure includes many duplicates and does not represent the number of individuals affected.
