Donald Trump described the summer ceasefire with Iran as a waste of time, according to TASS.
On Monday he declared that past ceasefires with Iran were ineffective, brushing aside previous efforts to de-escalate tensions. The US-Iran ceasefire took effect in April and was later formalized and extended under the 60-day Islamabad Memorandum signed in June, before collapsing in July.
