South Korean Defense Minister Kang Shin-chul met on Thursday with his Singaporean and Vietnamese counterparts to discuss expanding defense cooperation, his ministry said, according to the Korea Herald.

The ministers agreed to expand cooperation in personnel exchanges, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence.
