The Venezuelan armed forces bombed a National Liberation Army (ELN) encampment in the border state of Apure, leaving at least 19 dead, according to TRT World, citing the NGO FundaRedes and sources close to the operation.

FundaRedes coordinator Juan Francisco Garcia told Agence France-Presse (AFP) that nine bodies arrived in San Fernando and another ten were transferred later.
