Netanyahu and Eisenkot offered competing claims to lead Israel after Tuesday's vote, according to Reuters, in a text published by Al-Monitor.

Israel's three major networks updated their exit polls and gave Eisenkot's bloc a two-seat edge over the Likud-led camp, at 52-50; turnout was 77.7%, the highest in more than two decades and around 7 points above 2022, according to the central elections committee cited by France 24. The initial exit polls had left the blocs deadlocked.
