Chinese Premier Li Qiang received Oman’s Sultan Haitham bin Tarik during a two-day state visit that began on November 1, the first by an Omani head of state to China since the two countries established diplomatic relations in 1978.

Li said China wants to deepen cooperation across the entire oil and gas industry chain and carry out more high-quality clean energy projects.
