Members of Congress criticized Donald Trump’s decision to waive sanctions on Russia days before they were to take effect, with Republican Senator Thom Tillis calling it beyond irresponsible on social media and asking what the president and his advisers do not understand about enforcing a law passed 86-11 by the Senate, according to the Associated Press (AP).
