A US-registered North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) reconnaissance aircraft spent more than seven hours flying over the Black Sea on Friday, according to a source in air traffic control services cited by TASS.

The aircraft has since returned to its home base in Constanta, Romania, the source said.
