The Starshield military communications system is back in Ukraine, President Donald Trump said on October 22, after The Wall Street Journal reported that he asked businessman Elon Musk to restore the service, which is vital to Kyiv’s forces.

Trump refused to say whether he personally called Musk. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Starlink speed in Ukraine had still not been fully restored, according to Reuters, in a text republished by the Hindustan Times.
