Kremlin aide Yury Ushakov told Channel One that Vladimir Putin has emphasized countless times that Volodymyr Zelensky can come to Moscow if he wants a one-on-one, where he will be provided with “all necessary precautions”, according to TASS.
According to Ushakov, Zelensky’s surname was mentioned in light of the Ukrainian president’s insistent desire to talk directly with Putin.
