Putin agreed in principle to resume trilateral talks with Washington and Kyiv after November 10, Kremlin foreign affairs adviser Yuri Ushakov told reporters after the meeting with U.S. envoy Steve Witkoff.
According to Ushakov, cited by PBS News, the Russian president agreed to resume the negotiations on ending the war in Ukraine. Sputnik, for its part, attributed to Putin himself the readiness to resume the talks in November, also based on Ushakov’s account.
