Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has decided that Israel should support Argentina on the Falkland Islands issue, according to the British newspaper The Telegraph, as reported by Ynetnews.

The decision was prompted by sanctions Britain imposed about a month ago on Israeli settlements, and the newspaper stressed that the move amounts to support for negotiations, without formal recognition of Argentina’s sovereignty.
