The United Kingdom sanctioned 15 Sudanese commanders for sexual violence, torture and attacks on civilians during the fall of El Fasher and allocated 5 million pounds to survivors of sexual violence plus another 10 million pounds in humanitarian aid to Sudan.
The list includes commanders from the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) and the Sudanese Armed Forces, all subject to a travel ban and an asset freeze, according to the Guardian.
