A Russian drone strike killed at least 14 people on a crowded platform at the Dnipro station in Ukraine on Thursday, where passengers waited to board a regional train to Zaporizhzhia, Reuters reported in a text republished by SRN News.

Ukrainian state railway operator Ukrzaliznytsia said a jet-powered drone struck the platform and that the air force intercepted three drones, but a fourth broke through the defenses. President Volodymyr Zelensky called the attack “horrific” and said it demands a response from Kyiv’s allies.
