Iran's Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) secretary, Mohsen Rezaei, said he has studied the US vice president's letter and has not yet replied to it.

According to him, no serious decision has been made about a change in the country's nuclear doctrine, though the debate continues, Mehr News, Iran's state media, reported.
