South Korea sent a letter to the president of the United Nations (UN) Security Council over last month’s land mine explosion near the inter-Korean border that injured three South Korean soldiers, according to Yonhap.
The letter says the explosion was caused by a land mine planted by North Korean troops and violated the Korean War Armistice Agreement, also according to Yonhap.
