French Prime Minister Sébastien Lecornu said on Monday he does not rule out imposing a state of emergency to restore order, speaking after a crisis meeting, France 24 reported.

He said he had asked regional authorities to impose “localised” curfews on Monday evening, notably to protect businesses.
