Sudan’s army said it struck Rapid Support Forces (RSF) command centers in South Darfur, but the RSF and its allies say a crowded livestock market was hit.

A drone strike on a cattle market in Nyala killed 30 people on Friday, the Agence France-Presse (AFP) reported. In a statement, the paramilitary group said the strike targeted a densely populated civilian area and that preliminary reports indicated 17 women and five children were among the dead.
