The Hamburg Higher Regional Court has scheduled 19 more hearings between February and June 2027, extending until at least mid-2027 the trial over the sabotage of the Nord Stream and Nord Stream 2 pipelines, court press spokeswoman Judge Mareike Franzen said.

Sergey Kuznetsov, a former special operations officer of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, is standing trial, charged with a war crime, carrying out explosions, destroying structures and disrupting the operations of public utilities. He was detained in Italy in August 2025 and extradited to Germany.
