Alexander Novak named agriculture, transport, mineral resources mining and electric power as key areas for cooperation with African nations, according to TASS.
He cited oil, gas, gold and uranium in particular and said Russian expertise could be valuable in that area: “Our expertise can be valuable here as well.”
