Serhii Beskrestnov, a defence technology adviser to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, said on Sunday that existing restrictions on Starlink's use in Ukraine prevented such operations, referring to drone strikes, the Hindustan Times reported.

On Saturday, Elon Musk had written on X that “using Starlink, a civilian commercial service, for offensive drone strikes to kill people has never been allowed, nor should it be”.
