An Italian CH-47 Chinook helicopter of the European Union Force (EUFOR) crashed during “routine training” in the Brcko region on Thursday, about 180 km north of Sarajevo, killing four people and leaving 11 injured in stable condition, according to Al Jazeera — everyone on board was Italian, two soldiers and two Red Cross volunteers, according to the Italian defense ministry.

EUFOR said it is conducting a full and thorough investigation of the incident and said there was no damage to civilians or civilian infrastructure.
