Kim Jong Un put the development of drones and the incorporation of artificial intelligence into weapons systems among the central priorities of North Korea's military modernization, at the Unmanned Aeronautical Technology Development 2026 exhibition, according to TASS.

The exhibition, held on October 29, showcased multipurpose drones for strategic and operational-tactical missions, kamikaze strike drones and other combat systems, the Russian state news agency reported.
