A federal judge in the United States on Sunday dismissed a Justice Department lawsuit seeking to block certification of Alaska's Senate race if Republican Dan Sullivan loses, according to the AP.

The lawsuit alleged there could be voter confusion over the presence of two candidates named Dan Sullivan on the November ballot, the Guardian reported.
