The Ebola outbreak in Congo has reached the country’s eighth province, Nord-Ubangi, on the border with the Central African Republic, where the Health Ministry recorded two cases, one of them fatal, in men in their 20s in the Wapinda health zone, according to the Korea Herald.

Since the outbreak was declared in mid-May, authorities have recorded at least 9,400 cases and more than 4,500 deaths, the deadliest toll in Congo’s history.
