Russia’s Defense Ministry said, according to the TASS news agency, that Russian forces struck a dry cargo vessel carrying cargoes for the Ukrainian army 16 kilometers southeast of Odessa.

The ministry said Russian forces continued drone attacks throughout the day on sea vessels used to transport military cargoes.
