The Louvre, the Orsay Museum, the Picasso Museum and the Grand Palais are closed on Saturday in Paris because of planned protests, France 24 reported.

Interior Minister Laurent Nuñez said as many as 70,000 officers will be deployed nationwide, along with helicopters, armored vehicles and water cannons.
