Ukrainian drones hit an oil refinery in Moscow and killed two people on election day in Russia, according to Reuters, G1, the Hindustan Times and Mehr News; the mayor confirmed damage to the refinery.

Moscow alleges election interference, the Hindustan Times reports, and Russia’s defence ministry said it downed every missile heading for the region, according to TASS.
