Russian presidential envoy Kirill Dmitriev is expected to meet U.S. officials in New York to discuss Washington’s latest proposals for de-escalating the war against Ukraine, the Kyiv Post reports.

In Moscow, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said the possibility of a trilateral meeting was discussed in a phone call between Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump, with no details settled, according to TASS.
