The $400 million package that the United States Congress approved in late 2025 for military aid to Ukraine does not include Patriot air defense system missiles, according to RBC-Ukraine, citing Reuters.

Donald Trump’s administration took on the legal obligation to spend the full amount before September 30; as of the start of this week, $307 million had already been contracted and the remaining $93 million will be formalized by the deadline. The package includes offensive weapons, equipment and spare parts for armored vehicles.
