The chairman of Yemen’s Presidential Leadership Council, Rashad al-Alimi, called on Yemenis on Friday, 25 September 2026, to mobilize and join the armed forces against the Houthis, according to Al Arabiya English.

He also offered a future general amnesty to Houthi fighters and affiliates who leave the group starting 26 September, according to Arab News.
