The Russian-installed governor of the Zaporozhie region, Yevgeny Balitsky, said three volunteers from the Omsk region were killed and two were wounded in an attack on a vehicle carrying humanitarian aid near the village of Novobogdanovka, in the Melitopol district, according to TASS, which described the episode as a “cynical terrorist act.” There is no independent confirmation of the attack.
