A classified United States intelligence assessment concluded that Saudi Arabia has not ruled out developing nuclear weapons, according to The Washington Post, in a text republished by RT.

The nuclear agreement signed in July, known as Section 123, lays the legal groundwork for American companies and initially caps enrichment below 5 percent, which could later rise to as much as 20 percent after additional studies. The State Department said the United States does not and will not support a Saudi nuclear weapon program.
