Denis Pushilin, head of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), said that the United States and Europe support terrorism at the highest level and that Kyiv’s militants can already assemble explosive-laden drones from parts sold in children’s toy stores, according to Russia’s state news agency TASS.

The accusation comes from one of the parties to the conflict and has not been confirmed by an independent source.
